The honest version is that I was the right person to build Dressit, and it took me a long time to believe that.

I spent a decade in bridal. I know this industry the way you can only know something you have lived inside. I also coach robotics, which is its own kind of tell. I have spent years watching how technology gets built, who gets to build it, and what happens to industries when the people shipping the tools do not understand the people using them.

Dressit is what I made once those two things collided. A demand intelligence layer for one of the most human industries in the world, built by someone who refuses to treat the humans in it as an afterthought.

Responsible AI is not a stance I picked up for a panel. It is the operating system. The bridal industry does not need to be disrupted. It needs to be supported. That is the work.
